Gary A. Mosier earned his B.S. in Nursing at the Universtiy of Minnesota and his J.D. at St. Louis University.
His background includes personal injury, premises liability, and medical malpractice litigation. He has helped clients resolve legal matters in business law, real estate transactions, workers compensation, and family law.

Mr. Mosier served as in-house counsel for Surgical Center Development, Inc. from 2005 until 2010. In his capacity as General Counsel, Mr. Mosier worked with oustide counsel when necessary to protect the interests of Surgical Center Development.
He personally prosecuted and defended legal actions in Court and before ADR panels on behalf of the company and its affiliates.
Mr. Mosier is licensed to practice law in Texas and Missouri. He is a member of the Texas Bar Association, Arlington Texas Attorneys, DFW Area Attorneys, Business Solutions Attorneys, Dallas Real Estate Lawyers, Solo & Small Firm Group, Texas Christian Attorneys, and Texas Trial Lawyers.
Mr. Mosier’s Missouri memberships include: the Administrative Law Committee, Animal Law Committee, Business Law Committee, Solo & Small Firm Practice Committee, Delivery of Legal Services Committee, and the Law Practice Management Committee.
